Shipping Policy

We at Meena Bazaar Online understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of best logistic partners to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email of your purchase, upon receipt of your order on our website. You can also print a copy of your order from the website after you submit the order.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order ships, including tracking information and tracking link. You can track your package(s) online either from Tracking Link received in the mail or by Logging in your account.

Shipping Options

Calculated Shipping : Shipping cost varies depending upon the Product weight, you will know the shipping cost once you add the item in the cart. Delivery time for orders is 3-8 business days, depending upon the destination of your order.

Delivery Times

We try to ship your order as soon as possible, within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Our Business days are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm IST, except major holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the details of tracking number(s) associated with your order along with the Tracking Link. In addition you could also check the status of your order by Logging in your account.

Standard delivery time for orders is 3-8 business days, depending upon the destination of your order.

Signature Service

We do not require a signature for delivery. If you feel you need to require a signature please contact us.

Shipping Errors or Damage

If you are missing an item, or you have received the damaged or wrong product, please contact us at customercare@meenabazaaronline.in or 8640800900 as soon as possible within three business days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.  

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at customercare@meenabazaaronline.in or 8640800900. We will make our best effort to cancel if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may refuse the order, the whole order amount will be refunded except associated shipping charges. Please see our Returns Policy below for more information. Company name reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:

In case of refused delivery, or if the shipment is undeliverable and returned back to us, the whole order amount will be refunded except associated shipping charges. No restocking fee is required. For free or discounted shipping orders, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you could return or replace the product within 7 days of the Delivery Date.

The product should be in original condition with its original packing with all the labels and tags. You could submit your request for Replacement by sending us a whatsapp message or call at 8640800900.

Upon receipt of Replace Request, we will authorize the eligible requests and send you the details about where and how to send the product.

When we receive the product at our warehouse, we will inspect and process the replacement within 7 business days from the date of receipt of request raised.

NOTE : Product/Products can only be replaced for a similar value item.
Customized product i.e Products altered as per specific sizes are non-replaceable.
